As you may know, mushrooms can be used to make many kinds of delicious food. I have come up with some such food recipes.
Let's know some mushroom recipes or rules for making different kinds of food with mushrooms.

fried mushroom

1. Mushroom Fry :

Ingredients:

Mushrooms   : 20-25 (200 gm).
Gram Flour   : 200 gms.
Rice powder  : 2 tablespoons.
Eggs              : 2 pcs.
Salt                : Quantitatively.
Edible Oil      : Quantitatively.

Method: 

Mix gram flour and rice powder with adequate amount of water and salt. Make the mixture a little thinner and softer. Break the eggs and mix into the mixture. Heat edible oil in a pan. Take more oil, because the mushrooms can be dipped in oil. Now dip one by one mushroom in the mixture and fry in hot oil in pan.

2. Mushroom Vegetables.

Ingredients:

Mushrooms                : 250 grams.
Potatoes                      : 200 grams.
Cabbage                     : 200 grams.
Vigna Sinensis/owpea: 200 grams.
Cauliflower                 : 200 gms.
Carrots                        : 100 grams.
Onion                          : 50 grams.
Ginger-garlic paste     : 1 tbsp.
Raw/ green chilies      : 5-7 pcs.
Salt                             : Quantitatively.
Edible oil                    : Quantitatively.
(You can add or subtract any vegetables if you want)

Method:

First cut the mushrooms and soak them in warm water for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, strain the mushroom water. Cut the other vegetables into pieces and boil lightly with salt. Now, heat the oil in another pot and stir the mushrooms with the ginger garlic paste for a while. After a while, cover with boiled vegetables, salt and green chilies for a while. If needed, give a little water. Usually does not require extra water. When the water is low, taste and take down and serve hot.

3. Mushroom Salad.

Ingredients:

Mushrooms         : 100 grams.
Cucumber           : 100 grams.
Tomatoes            : 200 gms.
Carrots                : 100 grams.
Onion                  : 50 grams.
Ghee                   : Quantitatively.
Cheese                : 50 grams.
Green chillies     : 3-4 pieces.

Method:

First cut the mushrooms into pieces and boil them in hot water. Now cut the other vegetables into pieces and mix it with the boiled mushrooms. Mix cheese, ghee, green chillies and salt well with it. If you want, you can cut a boiled egg and mix with it. Now serve it.

4. Shrimp Mushrooms


Ingredients:

Mushrooms                         : 250 grams.
Shrimp                                : 100 grams.
Onion                                  : 50 grams.
Ginger, garlic, cumin paste : 1 tbsp.
Green chillies                      : 5-6 pcs.
Salt                                      : Quantitatively.
Edible Oil                            : 50 grams.

Method:

First clean and wash the shrimp. Cut mushrooms, onion, chilli into pieces and put in a separate bowl. Heat oil in a pan and stir in the chopped onions, Stir for a while. Now mix it with other spices. Once the spices are added, put the shrimp inside it. When the shrimp is cooked, add the mushroom pieces in it. Cover for a while with Quantitatively water, salt and chilli. When the water is low, take it down and serve.

5. Mushroom chop

Ingredients:

Mushrooms               : 200 grams.
Potatoes                     : 100 grams.
Cabbage                    : 100 grams.
Chickpea gram flour : 250 grams.
Carrots                      : 50 grams.
Onion                        : 50 grams.
Raw chillies              : 5-7 pcs.
Salt                            : Quantitatively, and
Edible oil                  :Quantitatively.


Method:

First boil the potatoes and mash them. Cut mushrooms, cabbage, carrots into small pieces and mix together with salt, onion and green chillies. Now mix these with mashed potatoes and make them like balls. Dilute the gram flour with water in another bowl. Now pour edible oil in a pan and heat it. Add more oil so that the balls float. Now fry the balls in hot oil and serve.
